About the Cause

Duchenne (pronounced dü-ˈshen) muscular dystrophy (DMD) is the most common fatal pediatric disorder. Duchenne is a progressive neuromuscular disorder that causes a loss of motor, pulmonary, and cardiac function, and ultimately, premature death. Duchenne has no cure.

Tyler is running the Falmouth Road Race this August 18th in support of Jett Foundation's work to fight Duchenne muscular dystrophy. All proceeds from his fundraising benefits Jett Foundation's incredible direct service and educational programs, such as Camp Promise, national educational Family Workshops, Jett Giving Fund, and more.
