The goal of our application process is to get to know the personality and needs of our campers. This helps us match campers 1:1 with a counselor who will be a good fit, and also helps ensure that our medical staff and team are ready for campers to make a smooth transition to camp.
Due to high interest, space at camp can be limited.
Each year, applicants must submit an online application AND complete an interview with our leadership team to be considered for a spot in a cabin. We expect camp sessions to fill up quickly, so please complete your online application and interview as soon as possible once applications are open.
Please remember, even though we try to accommodate every individual who applies, a submitted application does not guarantee acceptance.
*Locations and dates are subject to change each year.
All applicants, including returning campers, must complete an online application. As part of this online application, you will be asked to upload the following:
Online camper applications closed on April 3, 2023. Please check back soon for 2024 application information.
Once your application is complete, you’ll receive an invitation via email to schedule a call with a member of our leadership team. We like to chat with you to help make sure we’ve got everything you would need at camp, to discuss your goals and needs for the week, and to see what we can do to make sure you have a safe, comfortable, and fun week at camp.
For returning campers, these are done via phone, and for new campers, we like to do them via an online video tool so we can see you and meet each other! A link to your video chat and scheduling system will be sent to you via email.
NOTE: Applicants will not be considered for a spot in a cabin until they complete their interview, so make sure to schedule yours as soon as you receive your email invitation!
For the health and safety of all of our campers, each camper must complete a medical exam and have their doctor complete the Camp Promise Medical Form. As part of your online application, you will be asked to upload the following:
* We cannot accept medical forms from other institutions. Please have your provider sign the Camp Promise Medical Form.
All medical documents were due on April 3, 2023.
All accepted campers will be notified via email and will receive the following to help them prepare for camp:
Applications for our five, in-person 2023 locations closed on April 3, 2023. Please check back soon for more information on 2024 applications!
