Last Wednesday, Entrada Therapeutics shared updates on two clinical studies evaluating potential treatments for ambulatory children and young adults living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) who are eligible for exon 44 or exon 45 skipping. Initial results from the first group in the ELEVATE-45-201 study showed favorable safety and tolerability. Meanwhile, an independent safety Data Monitoring Committee recommended starting the third group in the ELEVATE-44-201 study at a higher dose.
These updates mark continued progress in researching potential Duchenne treatments. Entrada thanks everyone participating in its clinical studies.
