The goal of Camp Promise Connect is to provide our campers with a virtual summer experience of the same high quality that is delivered on-the-ground at camp. The deadline to apply for this year’s Camp Promise Connect is April 12, 2024.

Camp Promise Connect was launched in 2020 in order to reach campers amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Since its inception, Camp Promise Connect has enabled us to reach more campers than ever before AND, most importantly, continue to provide positive, impactful, and innovative programs to our campers ages 6 and up.

Camp Promise Connect is a mix of hands-on activities that campers can complete at home mixed with virtual opportunities. This model allows campers to engage with Camp Promise staff and volunteers as well as their friends and new faces.

As with every year at Camp Promise, our goal is to provide campers with fun, age-appropriate, and new experiences.

Camp Promise Connect strives to:

Keep campers connected during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
1. We want to meet campers where they are! Virtual programs allow Camp Promise to be a part of campers’ lives throughout the year, spreading the magic of camp out over 12 months!
Provide campers with fun and educational activities at home and virtually.
1. Mix of new activities (butterfly houses, mentalist) and traditional camp activities (name tags, s’mores).
Allow campers to experience new things from the comfort of their own home.
1. Using virtual meet-ups can take campers to a museum, see a comedy show, watch live music, and be with their friends who may live far away.
Provide campers with new ways to be with their peers and see old (and make new!) friends.
1. Virtually meeting all campers from across the country to be together in new and fun ways and to meet campers from other camps.
