Jett Giving Fund

Jett Foundation established the Jett Giving Fund in 2017 to assist families impacted by Duchenne muscular dystrophy in purchasing unaffordable, but vital medical and accessibility equipment.

Jett Giving Fund offers Duchenne families financial assistance through three branches of support: the Accessible Vehicle Fund, the Emergency Fund, and the Equipment Assistance Fund. 

The Accessible Vehicle Fund helps families obtain safe, accessible transportation. The Emergency Fund provides grants to families facing unexpected, emergency situations. The Equipment Assistance Fund helps families with small accessibility or medical items that are either not covered by insurance or too expensive.
