Equipment Assistance Fund

Accessibility and medical equipment can be hard to obtain and costly. Jett’s Equipment Assistance Fund arm of the Jett Giving Fund is here to help.

Additional Information

The Equipment Assistance Fund provides financial support to qualifying families and individuals impacted by Duchenne living in the United States.

The Equipment Assistance arm of the Jett Giving Fund will allow Jett Foundation to help families with small accessibility or medical items that are either not covered by insurance or too expensive.

This could include but is not limited to, items like:

  • hoyer lifts
  • medical beds
  • respiratory equipment
  • ramps
  • assistive technology
  • and more

Applications are now open and will be accepted throughout the year on a rolling basis. Each family is welcome to apply once per year with a maximum request of $2,500. If you have additional questions, please email [email protected].
