The Duchenne community, along with supportive sponsors, family, and friends, participated in Jett Foundation’s annual National Challenge throughout June 1-8, 2025. This year’s National Challenge was a heartwarming event that brought together individuals, families, and organizations to raise awareness and funds for families impacted by Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Participants found their own unique ways to move from home and offices, all while showing their commitment to the cause and helping to fund vital programs.
Jett Foundation’s own staff moved from all over the country, locking arms and snapping pictures while we walked for Duchenne families.. Team Jett and National Challenge sponsors, such as Dyne Therapeutics, NS Pharma, and REGENXBIO, pulled their teams together at different spots across the country for hikes, swims, and walks.
Together, participants in Jett Foundation’s National Challenge have raised over $15,000 that will directly support programs and resources throughout the year. These significant funds were raised by participants exceeding their fundraising goals and showing that when the Duchenne community comes together for a shared mission, they can create a meaningful impact.
The National Challenge is more than just about physical movement- it shows us how community, strength, and amplifying our voices in support of families impacted by Duchenne can create change. It’s this sense of shared purpose that continues to drive Jett Foundation’s programs, year after year.
