Eric Jorgensen, founder of Special Needs Navigator, created the “ABCs of Disability Planning” podcast to assist at-need families with available resources throughout the year. After his family received a Pervasive Developmental Disorder diagnosis, Eric sought to reach more families who need similar help that he did while navigating a difficult journey. Through his podcast, Eric brings forth individuals and organizations each week that serve families who are impacted by a disability or at-need.
Jett Foundation’s Executive Director Eric Snyder and Jett Foundation’s Director of Programs Alexa Tinsley joined the podcast in September of 2023 for an episode that discusses Jett Foundation’s resources and takes a deep dive into a Duchenne muscular dystrophy diagnosis. We are very grateful to Eric Jorgensen for allowing our team to speak on Jett resources and provide more awareness around Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
