Edgewise is a biopharmaceutical company developing muscle-targeted therapeutics for severe muscle disorders, including Duchenne and Becker. For over four years, they have supported Jett Foundation programming, with a special focus on Jett Awareness Days and Family Workshops. The team at Edgewise also participates in Jett’s National Challenge and Falmouth Road Race each year.

The company is currently advancing a set of clinical trials of EDG-5506, an oral pill intended to be taken alone or in combination with other therapies, to determine if the protection of fast fibers improves muscle health while preventing further muscle degeneration and slowing disease progression in individuals with Duchenne and Becker.
