From Greg Hill Foundation: Executive Director Eric Snyder Receives Community Hero Award

On December 13, 2023, the Greg Hill Foundation and Chick-fil-A of Plymouth, MA, awarded Jett Foundation’s Executive Director, Eric Snyder, with their Community Hero Award. This award is given to those who are an unsung hero in their community, going above and beyond through acts of kindness, performing selfless acts of courage, and is known for uplifting the community.

Eric was awarded with a year’s worth of Chick-fil-A as well as $2,500 toward Jett Foundation’s Annual Giving campaign. A video recording of the award celebration can be viewed here.

As a long-time resident of Plymouth, MA, and Executive Director of Jett Foundation, Eric spends the sum of his daily hours going above and beyond for those around him. Eric lives and breathes the mission that he has brought to Jett Foundation, which is to serve these families on a level that improves their lives daily. Each year, the Jett Foundation hosts an Annual Giving campaign, which starts on November 21st and ends around the New Year.

On Tuesday, December 13th, Chick-fil-A and The Greg Hill Foundation awarded Eric a Chick-fil-A brand package including free Chick-fil-A for one year and $2,500 towards his cause – Jett Foundation for their annual giving campaign which provides lunch for families attending a Jett Foundation education Family Workshop.
