Today is the first anniversary of the FDA approval of Exondys 51.
With this approval, our community gained access to the first disease-modifying therapy and hundreds of amenable families across the country have begun receiving treatment over the past year.
But the children and young people we lost along the way remain in our thoughts, and the fight continues for patients and families who do not yet have access to a safe and effective therapy. Every family affected by Duchenne deserves a safe and effective treatment that works for them, and Jett Foundation will continue working to ensure that every child born with Duchenne outlives his or her diagnosis.
In honor of today’s anniversary, please consider making a donation to Jett Foundation so we can continue advocating for policies that promote the development and approval of safe and effective treatments that treat every single member of the Duchenne patient community.
